Spanish Air Force Mauser short rifle, 1944 model, manufactured between 1944 and 1957.

This is the air force version of the Spanish M43 short rifle, which was itself the Spanish version of the famous German K98.

The Air Force model differs from the standard M43 in that the rear sling support is recessed in the stock and, above all, in the front and rear sights.
