SIG P210-4 BGS Special remarks :
delivered on June 15, 1951 to the Federal Border Police of West Germany.
The first 500 pistols were equipped with cross-grooved wooden grips.
delivered after June 15, 1951 in several batches to the West German Federal Border Police.
The 3,710 guns from D 501 to D 4210 were fitted with black plastic grips.
Delivered from December 14, 1951 in several lots to the West German Bundesgrenzschutz 790 weapons from D 4211 to D 5000.
A total of 5,500 SIG P210-4 BGS in 1951 and 20 in 1955.
In order to be able to train with inexpensive ammunition, the BGS ordered a total of 443 interchangeable systems in .22 LR caliber from SIG.
The KK interchangeable systems were numbered D 1 to D 443.
