Slide fitted with a loaded chamber indicator showing the presence of a cartridge in the chamber, a modern feature for its time and still uncommon on European military pistols of the 1930s.
Operation: short-recoil operated semi-automatic pistol using the Petter locking system (1935 patent), direct predecessor of the SIG P210 pistols.

History :
Under the designation “Pistole 625(f)”, this pistol belongs to the SACM 1935A pistols produced under German occupation and accepted by the Wehrmacht (Waffenamt WaA251).
The D-series (range D0001A – D4550A) corresponds to one of the last production batches delivered to German forces.
It is estimated that approximately 23,850 SACM 1935A pistols were delivered to German troops between 1940 and 1944.
